to climb (there and back), to go down and back, to pop down (and fetch)
Он сла́зил в по́греб за молоко́м.
He went down to the cellar to fetch some milk.
Colloquial; implies the whole trip there and back.

to reach into, to get into (somebody's pocket), to poke around in
Кто́-то сла́зил в мой карма́н.
Someone reached into my pocket.
Colloquial and disapproving.
- 3.
(rare) to grope, to put one's hands (on somebody)
Он попыта́лся сла́зить ей под ю́бку.
He tried to put his hand up her skirt.
Colloquial; usually with под юбку or за пазуху.
Motion info
сла́зить is derived from the multidirectional verb of motion ла́зить with prefix с-, here forming a perfective for one complete round trip: go, do something, come back.
Examples
Кра́ска сла́зит с потрёпанной пого́дой стены.
The paint is peeling off the weather-beaten wall.
