Usage info
This is an adverb - synonyms are сего́дня and тепе́рь (which emphasizes change from past to present). While ны́не isn’t common in casual conversation, it is still used in literature and formal writing.
Слишком жирную пищу мы ныне едим - We are eating much more fatty food nowadays.
