Usage info
Personal designation in which the natural gender dominates the grammatical gender!
In other words, decline the word itself as feminine, but when using prepositions, use the form appropriate to the person referred to. «Мой» коллега referring to a male colleague, «моя» to a female colleague in this nominative example.
