to fry

Info: By using "пожарить", there is the additional meaning "quickly" or "a little": Exemple: Это мясо ещё не готово. Его нужно ещё пожарить - this meat is not ready yet. It still needs to be fried. Давай пожарим рыбы на обед. потому что мы имеем в виду "давай пожарим (немного) рыбы, достаточно для нас двоих, не больше" - Let's fry fish for dinner. Here we mean "let's fry (a little) fish, enough for the two of us, no more".
