to agree, to concur, to assent, to concede
Я соглаша́юсь с тобо́й.
I agree with you.
Usually with с + instrumental (a person or an opinion).
2.
to consent, to agree (to something), to say yes
Он не соглаша́ется на таки́е усло́вия.
He won't consent to such terms.
With на + accusative, or with an infinitive.

Examples

The employee who ingratiated himself with his boss always agreed with him.
