Colloquial; impersonal, with до + genitive of the person: до меня дошло 'I got it'. Often used alone as a question: Дошло? 'Get it?'
Usage info
An exclamation used to check, whether the person opposite understood or not.
Examples
Ну что, теперь дошло́? - "Да, проясня́ется помаленьку".
“So, do you understand now?” - “Yes, it’s gradually becoming clear to me.”
