Takes the genitive: касаться чего-либо.

Very common in the phrase что касается … 'as for …'.

to touch on, to mention (briefly)
Он лишь слегка́ каса́ется э́того вопро́са.
He only touches on this question briefly.
Of a subject raised only in passing.
