Usually with за кем-то: wear clothes passed down from an older sibling.

to carry to term, to carry (a baby) to full termmedicine
Она́ дона́шивает бере́менность под наблюде́нием врача́.
She is carrying her pregnancy to term under a doctor's supervision.
Object: беременность or ребёнка.
