Мне надоеда́ют э́ти разгово́ры.
I'm getting tired of these conversations.
Usually impersonal with the dative: мне надоедает + noun/infinitive = 'I am getting tired of'; the perfective надоесть gives мне надоело 'I'm fed up'.
2.
to pester, to bother, to annoy, to plague
Он постоя́нно надоеда́ет мне вопро́сами.
He constantly pesters me with questions.
надоедать кому-л. чем-л. - to pester someone with something.
