Он бы́стро опра́вился от гри́ппа.
He quickly recovered from the flu.
Usually with от + genitive: оправиться от болезни.
2.
to tidy oneself up, to straighten one's clothes, to make oneself presentable
Она́ опра́вилась пе́ред зе́ркалом.
She tidied herself up in front of the mirror.
