(rare) to wear out with orders, to exhaust by bossing around, to run off his feet
Она́ совсе́м замы́кала му́жа поруче́ниями.
She completely wore her husband out with errands.
Colloquial; perfective, stress замы́кать. Not to be confused with замыка́ть 'to close/lock'.

(rare) to start lowing, to start mooing, to start moaning
Коро́ва замы́кала в хле́ву.
The cow started lowing in the barn.
Colloquial; of cattle, or of a person groaning.
