Не́зачем об э́том спо́рить.
There's no point arguing about it.
Predicative, used with an infinitive; the person concerned goes in the dative: «тебе незачем идти».

Examples

Тебе незачем э́то де́лать.
You don't need to do that.
Незачем торопи́ться. У нас полно вре́мени.
There's no need to hurry. We have plenty of time.
Шторм не опа́сен. Тебе незачем волнова́ться.
This storm is not dangerous. You don't need to worry.
Скажи́ Тому, что торопи́ться незачем.
Tell Tom there's no need to hurry.
Мне незачем туда идти́.
There is no reason why I should go there.
