Perfective: договориться. Used with о + prepositional.

to negotiate, to hold talks
О́бе догова́ривающиеся стороны́ согласи́лись на предло́женные измене́ния.
Both negotiating parties agreed to the proposed changes.
In this sense there is no perfective partner.
Examples
Мы договори́лись, что не будем догова́риваться.
We agreed to disagree.
