it is uncomfortable, uncomfortably, it is inconvenient
На э́том сту́ле неудо́бно сиде́ть.
This chair is uncomfortable to sit on.
Usually impersonal: неудобно + infinitive, or мне неудобно (I am not comfortable).
2.
it is embarrassing, it is awkward, it is not the done thing
Мне жу́тко неудо́бно.
I feel terribly embarrassed.
With a dative: мне неудобно (I feel embarrassed / I'd rather not).
