Она́ наки́дывает шаль на пле́чи.
She throws a shawl over her shoulders.
Of a coat, shawl, blanket etc. thrown loosely over the shoulders; perfective: накинуть.

to add (to the price), to raise (the price), to mark up
Продавцы́ всегда́ наки́дывают це́ну.
The sellers always add something to the price.
Colloquial; of prices, wages or sums.
3.
to throw around, to scatter, to litter (with)
Не наки́дывайте бума́жки на пол.
Don't throw bits of paper all over the floor.
Of throwing a quantity of things somewhere; perfective: накидать.
