    Что тут поде́лаешь?

    What can you do? (Nothing you can do about it.)

    Example:

    can’t do anything

    Example:

    Ничего́ не поде́лаешь

    There’s nothing you can do.

Info: поде́лать is not a neutral synonym of сде́лать or де́лать, but more idiomatic, often shading toward manage to do or be able to do anything (about something).
