With с + instrumental; often by phone or email.

Don't get involved with those people.
Usually with a negative overtone: an unwise involvement.

(rare) to be tied together, to be bound, to be linked
Концы́ верёвки свя́зываются узло́м.
The ends of the rope are tied together in a knot.
