Usually with «в» + accusative.

to roll up, to get turned up
У него заверну́лся рука́в.
One of his sleeves had got turned up.
Of clothing edges; the subject is the sleeve or hem itself.
3.
(rare) to turn (around a corner), to disappear (around a corner)
Маши́на заверну́лась за у́гол и исче́зла из ви́ду.
The car turned the corner and disappeared from sight.
Colloquial; the plain «завернуть» is usual here.
