Usually with с + instrumental for the person met.

Of phenomena, words, plants etc.; subject is the thing occurring.

to date, to go out with, to be seeing (somebody)
Я счита́ю недопусти́мым встреча́ться с колле́гами.
I think dating colleagues is unacceptable.
With с + instrumental.
Examples

We're not officially dating.
