They are providing us with a car for two days.
Often with the thing in the accusative and the recipient in the dative.

to grant, to accord, to award, to give (the floor)
Председа́тель предоставля́ет сло́во докла́дчику.
The chairman gives the floor to the speaker.
Used of rights, credit, leave, asylum, the floor at a meeting.
3.
to leave (to someone), to leave up to
Я предоставля́ю тебе́ реша́ть самому.
I leave it to you to decide for yourself.
With a dative person and an infinitive or noun.

Examples

Parents must provide their children with proper food and clothing.
