1.
to jam, to get stuck, to seize up
Замок заклини́ло, и дверь не открывается.
The lock has jammed and the door won't open.
Usually impersonal with the accusative: механизм заклинило. Colloquially also of a person: меня заклинило 'my mind went blank'.
2.
to jam, to block, to clamp
Камешек попал внутрь и заклини́л механизм.
A small stone got inside and jammed the mechanism.
3.
to wedge in, to fix with a wedge, to drive in tight
Надо заклини́ть дверь, чтобы она не хлопала.
We should wedge the door so it doesn't slam.
