Замок закли́нило, и дверь не открыва́ется.
The lock has jammed and the door won't open.
Usually impersonal with the accusative: механизм заклинило. Colloquially also of a person: меня заклинило 'my mind went blank'.

Ка́мешек попа́л внутрь и закли́нил механи́зм.
A small stone got inside and jammed the mechanism.

to wedge in, to fix with a wedge, to drive in tight
Надо закли́нить дверь, что́бы она́ не хло́пала.
We should wedge the door so it doesn't slam.
Examples
Затвор, стопоривший дверь, заклинило намертво.
The bolt that had been holding the door shut jammed completely.
