Usually with the reflexive pronoun себя plus an instrumental noun: возомнить себя кем-л.

to think highly of oneself, to get a big head, to become conceited
Он возомни́л о себе сли́шком мно́го.
He came to think far too highly of himself.
In the construction возомнить о себе (много).
Examples
Горе тем, кто возомни́ли свои́м призва́нием "просвеща́ть" други́х, а не себя!
Woe to those who presume that they are destined to ‘enlighten’ others, not themselves!
