Colloquial; almost always in the pattern «нет-нет да и» + perfective verb.

— Ты оби́делся? — Не́т-не́т, всё в поря́дке.
"Are you offended?" "No no, everything's fine."
Emphatic doubling of «нет» in reply, often reassuring or brushing off a suggestion.
