Usage info
Just like in English, the Russian word скот is a non-count (uncountable) noun and has no plural form. To count use the expression "head of cattle."
For example:
одна́ голова́ скота́
две головы́ скота́
пять голо́в скота́

The farm prepared a large amount of silage for the livestock.
