The taxi pulled up to the entrance.
Of a vehicle or of a person travelling in one; the destination takes к + dative.

to arrive, to come by, to drop by
Я подъе́ду к пяти́ часа́м.
I'll be there by five.
Colloquial when it simply means 'to come'.
3.
to butter up (someone), to sweet-talk (someone), to worm one's way into someone's favour
Он попыта́лся подъе́хать к нача́льнику с про́сьбой.
He tried to sweet-talk the boss into granting his request.
Figurative and colloquial; usually with к + dative.
