на кого? на что? - with на + accusative

to be due (to someone), to be entitled to
Мне полага́ется две неде́ли о́тпуска.
I am due two weeks of holiday.
Impersonal: кому полагается что - the person is in the dative.
3.
to be supposed to, to be the done thing
Всё бы́ло сде́лано как полага́ется.
Everything was done as it should be.
Usually impersonal: как полагается 'as one should'; так не полагается 'that is not done'.
