Usually with с + instrumental.

to agree (on), to coincide, to see eye to eye
На́ши мне́ния схо́дятся.
Our opinions agree.
5.
to tally, to match, to add upaccounting
Счёт ника́к не схо́дится.
The account just won't add up.

Examples

Ка́сса не схо́дится сего́дня.
The till doesn't balance today.
Мы схо́димся на том, что до́лжны рано вы́ехать.
We agree that we have to leave early.
