Usually with на работу or a job/position as complement.

to settle in, to get oneself settled, to find a place to stay
Мы устро́ились в небольшо́й гости́нице у моря.
We settled in at a small hotel by the sea.

to make oneself comfortable, to settle oneself (into a seat)
Она́ устро́илась в кре́сле с кни́гой.
She settled into the armchair with a book.
- 4.
to work out, to sort itself out
Всё устро́илось как нельзя́ лу́чше.
Everything worked out for the best.
Subject is a matter or situation, not a person.
Examples
