Of a class, event, train, call or opportunity.

He let her go ahead.

to skip, to omit, to leave out, to overlook
Он пропусти́л це́лый абза́ц при чте́нии.
He skipped a whole paragraph while reading.

to run through, to pass through, to put through
Пропусти́ мя́со че́рез мясору́бку.
Run the meat through the mincer.
Usually with «через» plus a machine or filter.
- 5.
to have a drink, to knock back a glass
Дед люби́л пропусти́ть рю́мочку по́сле обе́да.
Grandpa liked to have a little glass after dinner.
Colloquial; often with «рюмочку» or «стаканчик».
